Suppleo: supply chain consultant

Leading and coordinating supply chain transformation engagements, with responsibility for project management, change management, team management and bid contributions.

• Picard: forecasting using AI and explanatory factors, notably price elasticity; inventory and availability optimisation; support on an MRP transformation.
• Intersport: four months leading a five-consultant task force to prepare the summer season, in a context of acquisition and convergence of processes and systems.
• Mr.Bricolage: supporting a team of fourteen through vendor selection and rollout of a solution to digitalise replenishment, with a mentoring dimension.

DD Analysis: founder and developer

A simulation and optimisation product for MRP and DDMRP inventory, written in C# and sold to paying clients for eighteen months.

Citwell: supply chain consultant

Requirements definition, bid responses, project management, change management and team supervision.

• French Ministry of Health: defining, setting up and operating the supply of intensive-care medicines during the Covid crisis.
• Manitou: framing a global S&OP redesign, running the bid and planning-tool selection, then supporting the rollout.
• Yves Rocher: cross-functional analysis of supply chain costs to identify flow optimisation levers, and a study of campaign-wheel planning.
• Otis and Auto Distribution: analysis of inventory, ERP parameters and distribution practices.

DXC Technology: senior retail consultant

Contributing to the framing of an e-commerce solution, from requirements through bid response and project management. The team paired a Partner with a junior consultant reporting directly to me. The initial engagement was extended by four months; the team then won a second project worth €400k.

FuturMaster: supply chain consultant

Audit, requirements definition, training and project management around forecasting, planning and S&OP.

• Harmonising planning processes across three countries.
• Redefining performance indicators and cutting non-value-adding activity.
• Setting up S&OP processes and supporting the teams.
• Engagements with Heineken, Armor Lux, Shiseido, Samsung and Terrena, among others.

Goodyear Dunlop Tire: demand planner

Responsible for the monthly S&OP process, demand forecasting, demand shaping, inventory management and product life cycle. Forecast accuracy tracked on the scope was 73%.
